A home inspection usually takes between 2.5 - 3 hours depending on the size and age of the home.  Although it is not mandatory, We strongly recommended the client follow the inspector around, get involved and ask questions.

A home inspection is a visual inspection, a snapshot of the property and its components at the time of the inspection.  Houses are prone to issues due to temperature, weather and maintenance over a period of years.  The inspector is only at the property for a short period of time and depending on temperature/weather, some issues may not be visible or present while the inspector is on location.
